The purpose of this Legal Notice is to establish the General Conditions governing access, browsing and use of the website available free of charge to Internet users.

The use of the website confers the condition of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as our privacy and personal data processing policy, at the time of accessing the website.

In the event that any provision of this Legal Notice is considered null and void, in whole or in part, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of the Legal Notice or the particular conditions that, where appropriate, may have been established.

In the event that Inology does not exercise any right or action recognised in this Legal Notice, this shall not constitute a waiver of the same, unless recognised and agreed in writing on its part.

 

  1. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT COURTS

This Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish legislation.

For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to the Web, the User and Inology, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, agree to expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Terrassa (Barcelona).
