Social Media Privacy Policy

  1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE

In compliance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, ‘GDPR’) and the Spanish data protection regulations in force, INOLOGY, S.A. wishes to inform the users of these social networks of the policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of those persons who voluntarily access and use the official pages of the companies belonging to the Inology Group on different social networks (Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube and any other social network that Inology may join in the future).

 

  1. DATA OF MINORS OR INCAPABLE PERSONS

Access and registration in the different social networks is prohibited to minors under fourteen (14) years of age, so that access and use by minors under fourteen (14) years of age to the official Inology page on the same is also prohibited. For its part, if the User is incapable, Inology warns that the consented assistance of the holder of parental authority or guardianship of the User or its legal representative will be necessary for access and use of this official page.

Inology shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of its official website by minors and incapacitated persons, such liability being the responsibility of their legal representatives in each case.

 

  1. PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA IS USED, INFORMATION AND CONSENT

The personal data provided voluntarily by the User to Inology through its official website for the purpose of exchanging information with Inology and other users will form part of a data treatment that is the responsibility of Inology.

Inology will only maintain commercial communications by electronic means when they have been previously requested by the User, through any channel of communication: telephone call, fax, e-mail, etc.

From the moment the User uses the official website, he/she gives his/her free, unequivocal, specific, informed and express consent for the processing of his/her personal data by Inology for the correct provision of said services in accordance with the provisions of this policy.

Through the official website, the User may share texts, photos, videos and other types of information and/or content that will be subject to both this Policy and the Rules and Conditions of the Platform in question. The User shall be responsible for ensuring that all content published respects current legislation, this Policy and the Platform Rules.

Inology shall have the right to remove from its official pages any content published by the User, unilaterally and without prior communication or authorisation from the User, when it infringes or violates current legislation, this Policy and/or the Platform Rules.

 

  1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE RECIPIENTS WITH RESPECT TO WHOM INOLOGY PLANS TO TRANSFER OR COMMUNICATE DATA

The User is warned that all the information and content published on the official page of Inology on the social network may be known by the rest of the users of the official page and the platform of said social network.

Inology will only make the transfer or communication of the data that, due to the regulations, must be made to judges, courts, public administrations and competent administrative authorities.

 

  1. OTHER THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Inology warns the user that this entity is only responsible for and guarantees the confidentiality, security and treatment of the data in accordance with the present policy, not having any type of responsibility with regard to the treatment and subsequent use of the personal data that may be carried out both by the owner of the social network and by third party service providers of the information society who may access such data due to the provision of their services or exercise of their activity, third parties who establish hyperlinks to the social network, nor those responsible to whom Inology refers the users adhered to through hyperlinks.

 

  1. DATA QUALITY

Inology warns the User that, except for the existence of a legally constituted representation, no user may use the identity of another person and communicate their personal data, so that the user must at all times bear in mind that they may only provide personal data corresponding to their own identity and which are adequate, pertinent, current, exact and true. In any case, the user must respect the privacy of third parties, whether or not they are users of the Inology social network.

 

  1. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS BY DATA SUBJECTS

Inology informs the user of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, to be forgotten, to limit the processing, to data portability and not to be subject to automated individualised decisions, by means of a written request addressed to INOLOGY, S.A. with registered office at C/ del Marqués de Comillas, nº1, 3º – 08225 Terrassa (Barcelona), or to the e-mail address rgpd@inology.com

To this end, the interested party must send the written communication indicating the request or right being exercised together with a copy of their ID card or legally valid document accrediting their identity, expressly indicating their user name on the Inology social network, in order to identify them unequivocally.

 

  1. OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST

Inology may modify and/or replace this policy at any time, which, depending on the case, will replace, complete and/or modify the policy currently contained herein. Therefore, Users are recommended to read it carefully each time they access the Portal.
