This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the ‘Policy’) provides information on the use that the company will make of your personal data in your capacity as User of the website (the ‘Website’).

The Website may offer functionalities for sharing content through third party applications, such as different Social Networks. These applications may collect and process information related to the User’s browsing on the different websites. In compliance with the provisions of article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that the data collected through the contact forms on the Website may be processed for the following purposes, depending on the form completed in each case:

  1. Management of queries and requests made by the User. Inology will process the data necessary to deal with the queries and requests requested by the User. In this way, we will process data such as your name, surname, e-mail, telephone, postal address, company you represent (company name and NIF), job position, and other professional information of this nature.
    In the event that you are a client of Inology, the legal basis that legitimates this treatment is the correct execution of the contract that you maintain with Inology.
    If you are not a client of Inology, Inology will process your personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest in resolving the queries and requests that may arise.

 

  1. Resolution of complaints, incidents and claims submitted by the User. Inology will process the data necessary for the attention and resolution of complaints, incidents and claims made by the User. In this way, we will process data such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone, postal address, as well as any other necessary information. The legal basis of this treatment responds to the fulfilment of a legal obligation on the part of Inology.

 

  1. Computer control of the website. Inology will carry out those actions of surveillance and control of the use of the website in order to prevent and detect any fraudulent use (such as technical manipulations, code modifications…).
    The legal basis for this treatment is the legitimate interest of Inology to avoid, prevent and/or detect any unauthorised access, alteration or loss of information relating to third parties other than the User that may generate civil, criminal and/or administrative liabilities for Inology.

  1. TRANSFER OR COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Inology will not transfer or communicate your data to third parties, except with the express authorisation of the User in the legally admissible cases. However, your data may be transferred to Group companies for the purposes indicated above in relation to Group companies located outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).

These transfers would be made on the basis of the signature with such companies located outside the EEA of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission for international transfers.

 

  1. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

In general, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to deal with the User’s request or as long as the User does not request the deletion of the data.

Personal data collected through the Web, from third parties or through the various communications that we maintain with the User will be treated confidentially. Inology undertakes to keep them secret in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Minors may not use the services available through the Web without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through the Web by the minors in their care, including the completion of the forms with the personal data of such minors and the marking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them.

In certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of the processing of his/her data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims.
